I used to truly dislike it when an author pushed back the publication date of his/her next work. Well, guess who joined the club? I honestly thought I was right on track to have the book printed by the end of August. I now realize that such a goal is not be. I've set the date to a more appropriate one -October 31st. However, I feel I can actually have it printed before that time. (I'll be slightly smarter this time and ask that you do not hold me to this.) The final round of editing is almost complete. I have about 20 pages left to nit-pick. Provided I don't revisit everything once more, I should be done this week. The illustrations are going to take a wee bit longer. This is fine by me. I'd rather have it completed correctly than hastily. Until then, Grrr... is the proper way to express my satisfaction with my efforts. I do apologize.
